level/ ‘B’ level/ ‘C’ level certificate from DOEACC (Present in NIELIT).

Rs.1000/- for Other category, Rs.700/- for SC/ ST candidates of Uttar Pradesh,
payable through Net Banking/ Debit/ Credit card/ Challan through State Bank of
India.
